Challenge

When the client contacts us he brings to the table a winning project with big and ambitious expectations, the challenge we had was to create a graphic concept as big as the expectations.

Strategy

Use colors and strokes that visually represent the elegance and imposing that emanates from the project.

Approach

First we analyze the client’s references, we look for a name together and then we start with some basic sketches. sketchesOnce we had the general idea aligned we got down to work.

The Process

1. Inspiration

The inspiration that gets the creative juices flowing can come from anywhere. We disconnect, we observe our surroundings. Anything that made us jump or be happy was the potential root of an amazing idea.

2. We learned all about real estate logos.

An effective logo is unique, responsive, visually appealing and delivers the desired message. In its basic form, a well-designed logo is a form of brand identity.

3. We develop our own creative process.

Every designer has their own approach, and it’s almost never linear. However, most of them follow a general branding process.

4. We learned from others.

We knew that by understanding how other brands made it to the top, we would gain tremendous insight into the creation of this logo. At one time or another, this awareness helped us to get better at what we do.
